Terms and Conditions
1.Players must be 18 years of age to participate.2.Employees and immediate family members of employees of Cake Gaming N.V., the SuperPoker Network and its associated companies are not eligible to take part in the Promotion.
3.SuperPoker reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without notice (written or verbal) where it is reasonable to do so or for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for any late or undelivered entries or registrations, notifications or communications or for any form of technical failure, error, malfunction or difficultly or for any other event beyond its reasonable control that may cause the operation of the Promotion to be disrupted, unavailable or incorrect.
4.English Poker Open $7,000 Final qualifiers that do not meet the prize pool required to award a $7,000 prize package will be paid out as per our standard tournament payment structure.
5.Players may not transfer, sell or award their Superpoker English Poker Open event prize package to anyone else.
6.SuperPoker is responsible for tournament registration of winners in the English Poker Open Main Event, valued at $5,350 USD.
7.Players are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
8.SuperPoker agrees to pay $1,650 USD to the winner’s Players Account.
9.Winning players on SuperPoker.com agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Palms Beach casino and the English Poker Open.
10.Players agree to wear SuperPoker Apparel during their English Poker Open poker table time, including any televised appearances, when applicable in the event.
