Aussie Millions 2012
It’s the event that holds the reputation as the world’s friendliest and richest poker tournament outside of the USA. Hosted by the Crown Casino in Melbourne, the Aussie Millions attracts an international field setting the stage for world class poker action. Each January the who’s who of poker flock to this event to compete for the title of Aussie Millions Main Event Champion and an estimated $2 million AUD first prize. This year will mark the event’s 10th anniversary, taking place from January 12th to January 30th, 2012. The Aussie Millions has grown to become one of the biggest sporting events in the country with total prize money in 2012 estimated to be $20 million AUD.

Terms and Conditions
1. All players must be at least 18 years of age in order to play in the Aussie Millions qualifiers and the main event. All players shall be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID) before play in the main event.
2. Employees and immediate family members of employees of Superpoker and Cake Gaming N.V., the Cake Poker Network and its associated companies are not eligible to take part in the Promotion.
3. Superpoker reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without notice (written or verbal) where it is reasonable to do so or for reasons beyond their control. Superpoker does not accept any responsibility or liability for any late or undelivered entries or registrations, notifications or communications or for any form of technical failure, error, malfunction or difficultly or for any other event beyond its reasonable control that may cause the operation of the Promotion to be disrupted, unavailable or incorrect.
4. Players participating in Aussie Millions qualifiers on Superpoker agree to the terms and conditions of the Superpoker Player Agreement.
5. Winning Players on Superpoker must agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Aussie Millions in order to be eligible for a prize.
6. Cake Gaming N.V., as the operator of the Cake Poker Network, guarantees one 2012 Aussie Millions prize package will be awarded per $16,000 in the prize pool.
7. If the prize pool for an Aussie Millions Final tournament does not reach the amount equal to the value of the final prize package of $16,000, no prize package will be awarded and the prize pool will be paid out as per our standard tournament payment structure.
8. Winning players are responsible for their own registration in the 2012 Aussie Millions main event ($10,600 AUD value) playing January 22nd to 28th, 2012 at the Crown Casino in Melbourne, Australia.
9. Winners will receive $16,000 USD cash deposited to their Superpoker Player Account to cover the cost of the Main Event buy-in and to help with travel and accommodation expenses. Players are responsible for their own airfare, and air travel and accommodation arrangements.
10. Superpoker is not responsible for fluctuations in USD to AUD currency exchange rates.
11. A valid credit card will be required to be provided by the Player upon check in for any incidental charges.
12. If a Player wishes to bring a guest(s), travel and accommodation costs for their guest(s) are the responsibility of the Player.
13. Players may not transfer, sell or award their Cake Aussie Millions event prize package to anyone else.
14. A limit of one 2012 Aussie Millions prize package per player will be enforced.
15. By participating in a Superpoker Aussie Millions qualifying tournament, participants grant Superpoker the right to use the players name and likeness for future promotional purposes without further compensation.
16. Players who qualify for the Aussie Millions Main Event on Superpoker agree to wear approved Superpoker apparel for the duration of the event when permitted to do so by the tournament rules. Apparel will be supplied by Superpoker before the commencement of the tournament.
17. Players understand that the Aussie Millions organizers, the Host Casino and international broadcasters will require them to sign an agreement or waiver to participate in the event that may include permission to film and broadcast. Superpoker shall owe no compensation to any player should they not wish to enter into any such third party agreement.
18. Superpoker Management decisions are final on all matters related to the Promotion or the awarding of prizes.
