Customers with Microsoft E-mail addresses (Hotmail, msn, etc)

If you’ve contacted Support from any Microsoft e-mail account, please be advised that there may be some delay in getting a reply. We suggest using an alternate e-mail to contact Support if the matter is urgent.

Customers with Microsoft Vista (all versions)

Please install Vista Service Pack 1 or hotfix from Microsoft. This will solve graphical problems while playing poker for long periods of time.

Customers with Vista unable to find their Player notes

Players on Vista can find the notes they made on other players at C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Cake Poker\Notes
